Portfolio PDF Reports

A Portfolio PDF Report collects information from a selected portfolio and its' sub-portfolios. Many sub-reports also collect information about the projects contained within these portfolios.

PDF Sub-report - Overall Programme of Work

The Overall Programme of Work sub-report displays a status list of all current portfolios with information such as the number of projects in the portfolio, and the overall budget.

How do I access the Portfolio PDF Report and Portfolio Reviews?

The ability to generate a Portfolio PDF Report and create or view a Portfolio Review is not part of any i-lign Organisational Security Role by default and must be added for the functionality to become active.

Portfolio Reviews

A review of a portfolio allows Programme Managers to comment on the overall health of a programme of work, at the same time as Project Managers are providing a review of their individual projects.

No, the project manager of the project you are linking to is not notified if a task in their project is used in a cross-project dependency.
