Prioritisation Configuration Workshop

Prioritisation Feature Guide
i-lign offers users two ways of prioritising Projects. One is via a manual drag-and-drop, and the second is via priority dimensions that are configured by your organisation. Last edited by Susan from i-lign on Mon, 2009-12-14 12:32.
Simple Prioritisation
If your organisation configures i-lign to allow the manual prioritisation of Projects and Concepts, you will be able to use this feature. Last edited by Susan from i-lign on Mon, 2009-12-14 12:31.
Setting Permissions to View, Modify and Approve PrioritiesUsers need the following permissions in order to assign and approve Priorities in i-lign. Your organisation's i-lign administrator will set up the permission to Approve projects, but the permissions to View and Modify Priorities can be limited or assigned on a project-by-project basis. How do Priority Dimensions Work?
If your organisation chooses to prioritise Projects and Concepts according to Priority Dimensions, it will decide on these during implementation. Your organisation will also decide on the 'Weight' of each Dimension: its importance relative to the other Dimensions. Last edited by Susan from i-lign on Mon, 2009-12-14 12:31.
Configuring Priority DimensionsOrganisations using i-lign can define their own set of Priority Dimensions (what drives their prioritisation) and the Weights of those Dimensions (their relative importance to one another). Last edited by Susan from i-lign on Mon, 2009-12-14 12:17.
Using Priority Dimensions to Prioritise Projects and Concepts
