The export will output the i-lign schedule data (tasks, milestones, constraints, and resource allocations) in an .xml format that can be read by MS Project 2002 and above.

Changing the Lifecycle of an Active Project

An active project may have approved Stages in its Lifecycle. It is not possible to delete or edit approved Stages.

However, you can replace your existing Lifecycle with a new Lifecycle that takes into account that an approved stage needs to be extended, the stage was approved by mistake, or a decision has made to follow a different methodology.

How to manage Project Status

Whether a Project is Active or Inactive controls what is seen about that Project throughout i-lign. Using the Project Status feature, you can define whether a project is Active or Inactive.

Why are Tasks marked as 100% complete showing in an overdue Task list?

i-lign considers a Task to be complete when an actual end date is entered.
