Importing XML file problems

Troubleshooting the Gantt Chart
When you click Gantt in i-lign, the Gantt chart should appear. If you cannot see the i-lign Gantt chart, use this table to troubleshoot the reason. If none of this helps, please contact your organisation's i-lign Co-ordinator. Last edited by Susan from i-lign on Mon, 2010-02-15 10:33.
Opening a link to a file closes i-lign
Say you're using i-lign's Documents feature and an Internet Explorer Browser. If i-lign closes when you open a link to file, then the document is being opened in the browser rather than a new window. Last edited by Susan from i-lign on Mon, 2008-12-08 13:25.
Clearing your Java cache
