Default Project Security Roles are configured by your organisation during implementation. On an individual Project level, individuals with the appropriate permissions (e.g. project managers) can manage role permissions for the individuals assigned to their Project, and for 'guests' to the Project. Setting Permissions to View, Modify and Approve PrioritiesUsers need the following permissions in order to assign and approve Priorities in i-lign. Your organisation's i-lign administrator will set up the permission to Approve projects, but the permissions to View and Modify Priorities can be limited or assigned on a project-by-project basis. Changing the Lifecycle of an Active Project
An active project may have approved Stages in its Lifecycle. Its it is not possible to delete or edit approved Stages. However, you can replace your existing Lifecycle with a new Lifecycle that takes into account that an approved stage needs to be extended, the stage was approved by mistake, or a decision has made to follow a different methodology. Managing 'Guest' Access to Projects
