If you're a Project Manager and your organisation has elected to use i-lign Timesheets, you have the option of being emailed Timesheet Notifications only for those people whom you have not assigned to the Project.
The default setting is for you to be sent Timesheet nofication emails for everyone who works on your project.
To Change the Timesheet Notification Emails Setting
You must set up your Project first, using the Launch button in the top navigation bar > New Project.
When you have completed the New Project screen and hit Save, the Project Snapshot tab will display.
- In the Project Details screen on the left, click Edit details.The Edit Project screen will display.
- Scroll down to the Other panel. From the drop-down list beside Email Timesheet Notifications, choose Only for unassigned resources. (The For all resources setting is a default.)
