If you are planning a Project, and are unsure which individuals you will be using, or the actual people are unavailable, you can still plan your people-resources in i-lign, and therefore estimate your resource costs.

The export will output the i-lign schedule data (Tasks, Milestones, Constraints, and Resource Allocations) in an .xml format that can be read by MS Project 2002 and above.

Create and Compare Project Baselines

Baselining takes a point-in-time snapshot of a project. Changes to that project between any two selected snapshots can then be viewed and monitored, for example, between the planned baseline and the current project.
