Maintenance release focussed on usability
New Feature
- [PW-4515] - Features that are not being used can be disabled to simplify the application
Minor Improvements
- [PW-4566] - Constraint lags in the Project Gantt can now be negative - eg a constrained Task can made to start before the Task that constrains it.
- [PW-4324] - 'My Ideas' have been added to the Home Page Prioritiser.
- [PW-4348] - The parent / child Project hierarchy is now shown on the Project Snaphot 'Header'.
- [PW-4386] - Some more tables have sortable columns.
- [PW-4486] - A message is shown if a Programme's end date is not editable (because it has active Projects).
- [PW-4491] - Improve the Review status defaults that ship with a new instance of i-lign.
- [PW-4569] - Ideas can now be converted to Concepts.
- [PW-4494] - Ideas and Concepts can now be converted to Activities as well as to Projects.

Cosmetic changes
- [PW-4065] - Increase the width of the 'status' fields on the Modify Review page so that longer descriptions are visible.
- [PW-4319] - The 'Bookmarks' link has been removed from the 'Reference' section of the Project Menu as the page is accessible from the Bookmarks popup.
- [PW-4430] - Goal, Strategy and Programme hierarchies are collapsed when the page loads and have expand / collapse buttons.

Bugs fixed
- [PW-3716] - Dates in the PDF Report filter / sort options are in the incorrect format if the user that created the report template has a different locale to the user that is editing the template.
- [PW-3791] - The PDF report preview is truncating the first page of the report by cutting off the bottom.
- [PW-4276] - Programme Financials do not allow the user to convert Project level data into different currencies (feature removed in 4.2).
- [PW-4392] - Text of Activitiy validation messages refers to Tasks.
- [PW-4463] - The 'Refresh' button does not display when updating Project Roles from the defaults if there are more than 9 status options.
- [PW-4480] - There are no breadcrumbs on the 'View Account' page when the Project name is very long.
- [PW-4488] - When a Project's Lifecycle is changed the message in the Project Log is 'The lifecycle was changed to {0}'.
- [PW-4492] - Saving a PDF Report with no subreports fails with a Javascript error.
- [PW-4502] - Non ASCII characters (eg macronised vowels) entered into Task or Activity names are not being stored properly (introduced in 4.1).
- [PW-4505] - Gantt applets are not cached for users with Java 5 on the desktop (introduced in 4.2.3).
- [PW-4518] - Deleting a Programme that has associated Concepts or Activities but no Projects or sub-programmes fails with a system error.
- [PW-4519] - Creating a new item may fail with a system error after another item of the same type is edited, but the edit is cancelled.
- [PW-4521] - Saving changes to an Activity may sometimes fail when a new Resource has been added.
- [PW-4524] - Deleting multiple Summary Tasks in the Project Gantt sometimes fails with a DataIntegrityViolationException.
- [PW-4525] - Outdenting of summary task changes ordering of included tasks.
- [PW-4534] - Actual resource costs are shown on the Financial tab of the Project Summary page but not on the 'Monthly Detail' page when they are being calculated using Project Resource Category Estimates.
- [PW-4551] - Microsoft project import sometimes fails.
- [PW-4552] - If a new Resource is added to an Activity using the 'Add Resource' button and then unassigned using the checkbox by their name then their assignment rate is not reset and saving the change causes a validation error (IE only).
- [PW-4553] - Creating an Issue in the Project Gantt using the 'New Issue' button in the toolbar causes an exception when the Project is saved.
- [PW-4559] - The left-hand tabs on the Home page Prioritiser don't work in Safari.
- [PW-4561] - Changes to the column order in the left hand table in the Project Gantt are lost when the user reopens the Gantt.
- [PW-4567] - Deleting a Project fails with a system error when it is included in a Portfolio.
- [PW-4570] - Programme Financials only include figures from Projects that are using Task Resource Hours to calculate resource costs.
- [PW-4573] - If an item is selected in 'My List' on the Home page Prioritiser and then removed from the list, the item details remain in the right hand panel.
- [PW-4575] - Refreshing a Project's budget is slow when a lot of time has been recorded against the Project.
- [PW-4576] - The bottom of the Task dialog box in the Project Gantt disappears under the Windows task bar if there are many Action Items.
