Maintenance release containing a number of small feature improvements, notably for Project Risk levels and copying Activities, plus bug fixes.
Minor Improvements
- [PW-4601] - The overall risk level of a Project can be explicitly set instead of being calculated, so that users have more control over the level
- [PW-4699] - A Summary Task can be converted into a Task with Action Items in the Project Gantt chart
- [PW-4700] - An Activity can be used as a template to create a new Activity, to help people manage repeatable pieces of work
- [PW-4704] - The Programme, Team, Strategy and Goal details pages load faster as information about effort and percent complete has been removed
- [PW-4707] - A Project's default calendar can be changed after the Project has been created
- [PW-4715] - Approved Timesheets show their approval or document number on the Timesheet Manage / Review page and the 'Export Timesheet by Document Number' page shows the highest document number exported
- [PW-4724] - The Project Gantt chart only prints the selected period when a date-based filter is turned on
Cosmetic changes
- [PW-4686] - Event timeline is not properly styled when the content is too tall to be displayed in the available space
- [PW-4691] - Language has been tidied up in a number of places
- [PW-4701] - Show the colour that will be used for Coded Values related to Reviews on the list page
- [PW-4709] - Project Financials pages sometimes show the wrong Project name in the header line below the tabs
- [PW-4735] - Table row banding is incorrect when there are expand / collapse buttons
Bugs fixed
- [PW-4655] - Disabling the 'Organisation Profile and SWOT' feature incorrectly disables Strategy and Goal features within a Project
- [PW-4678] - Removing a row from a Timesheet causes any changes to the timesheet to be lost
- [PW-4680] - Printing pages in IE8 sometimes prints a second page that is blank
- [PW-4685] - Dragging an item in the Project Gantt chart onto a collapsed summary task puts the item one line too far down when the item is being dragged downwards
- [PW-4697] - Removing a Resource from a Project fails with a system error (introduced in 4.3.3)
- [PW-4698] - Changes made to allocation rates on existing Task Pools are not saved in the Project Gantt chart
- [PW-4702] - The colour used for Review status values on the Executive Dashboard may not be the same as that used elsewhere if the sort order of the values has been changed
- [PW-4703] - The right-hand panels in the Home page 'Prioritiser' for Project-related items (eg Tasks, Decisions etc) only show an 'Edit' button if the user has the 'Modify Any Project' security action
- [PW-4705] - Project Snapshot fails to load for Projects where the default calendar either does not start on a Monday or has gaps between the days
- [PW-4710] - The 'Resource Allocations' section of the People tab on on the Project Snapshot is incorrectly formatted if the user does not have the 'Resource: View' permission
- [PW-4712] - The contents of the 'Responsibilities' field is not shown on the Modify Portfolio page
- [PW-4722] - Clicking multiple times in quick succession on an expand / collapse button for table rows causes some rows to be shown and some hidden
- [PW-4723] - Deleting a Resource from a Project who has approved time recorded against the Project fails with a system error (introduced in 4.3.1)
- [PW-4730] - A Programme PDF report containing the 'Latest Review' subreport fails with a system error when the 'comments' section of the subreport would be the first thing to appear on a page
- [PW-4731] - A Programme that has links to Projects cannot be deleted, even after the Project links have been removed, because it still has links to Reporting Projects
- [PW-4734] - Scroll bars are sometimes not visible in PDF report filters (affects IE7 & IE8)
- [PW-4739] - Duplicate 'not created' entries appear on the Review / Manage Timesheet page for users who have a Timesheet but don't require one (affects imported Timesheets)
- [PW-4743] - The Project Gantt chart and i-Vision fail to load in Firefox on a Mac
