Minor Improvements
- [PW-4985] - The MS Project import can handle .mpp files as well as .xml files, from all versions of MS Project
- [PW-4991] - The 'Billable' option on Timesheets only appears if the user has a billable rate for the Task, and appears on the Home page as well
- [PW-5023] - The PDF subreports for Project Benefits have been improved to show Measures and Reviews, and Associated Items
- [PW-5024] - A special Organisation Security Action called 'Project: Deny Access Unless Assigned' has been added that prevents anyone with the Action from accessing any Project that they are not assigned to more ...
Cosmetic changes
- [PW-4971] - The Organisation Stakeholder list (Jump to > Stakeholders) has no title
- [PW-5004] - Button text on the Organisation page is still displayed in several places if the user doesn't have permission to do the action
- [PW-5058] - Improve the appearance of the Project Gantt chart when it's running on GNOME
Bugs fixed
- [PW-4965] - The 'Copy Budget to Forecast' button does not show up for Line Items that are for future Financial Years
- [PW-4992] - Clicking on eg 'Overdue Tasks' in the Project Snapshot's Action Summary shows all Tasks, not just overdue ones
- [PW-4995] - The Project Gantt chart allows Task allocation rates of zero, which is inconsistent with the browser pages
- [PW-5001] - Links to Strategic Driver Risks using Associated Items does not display the name of the Risk
- [PW-5006] - Items with certain characters in their names (eg &, < or >) cannot be bookmarked
- [PW-5011] - Bookmarking certain pages fails with a system error (introduced in 4.5)
- [PW-5012] - The Project Review List page fails to load (introduced in 4.5)
- [PW-5019] - Trying to add an Overhead Task to a Timesheet fails with a system error if there are Overhead Tasks in the system but none of them is current
- [PW-5026] - A number of Browser-Based reports cannot be run - clicking the link on the Reports page fails with an error in the browser (introduced in 4.5)
- [PW-5038] - The 'Team Details' page shows team members who are not current
- [PW-5040] - The 'View details' link for a Strategic Driver Risk in the Home page Prioritiser is not live
- [PW-5041] - Line breaks in Appropriation, Allocation or Transfer descriptions cause the expand / collapse buttons on the Funding pages to not work
- [PW-5047] - Creating a Portfolio Item fails with a system error if the comment is longer that 255 characters
- [PW-5056] - Clicking on the 'Edit' button on the Programme List page takes you to the Programme details page
