i-lign 4.0 Introduction

Introduction to i-lign 4.0. This version features a user interface redesign with a completely new look and feel.

i-lign 4.0 (Release 31 January 2008)

i-lign Release 4.0 is primarily a redesign and refresh of the user
interface (UI).

Though the refreshed UI is the most obvious change, there are also significant improvements to functionality in other ares. Task management has been updated to simplify scheduling and the project Gantt chart now allows more efficient updating of tasks.

We have also added graphical enhancements - i-Vision to take the data stored in i-lign and present it in an innovative way.

Why a user interface refresh?

The reasons behind the user interface refresh include:

• Making the application easier to use.
• Making the application look more contemporary.
• Increasing the value of information by elevating it and displaying it in context.
