The i-lign Support Knowledge Base contains support articles that are tagged with various categories and subcategories.

There are two main types of category tags:

  • Audience - who the article is aimed at
  • Subject - what the article is about

When viewing a listing of articles in a category, you can choose another category from the menu on the right to narrow down the listing to articles from both categories.
