Information on how to tune (configure) types, custom fields, reviews and values for benefits.
Benefits are the positive outcomes expected as a result of the work being carried out. For example a benefit maybe increased staff engagement or increased customer loyalty or increased profit. These benefits can be financial or non financial in nature. They may have measures attached which help track how well they’re being achieved. Benefits in our application are assigned a gold, silver or bronze value. This value estimate enables you to compare benefits of different types.
This tutorial provides information on how to tune (configure) your benefits to suit your organisation.
Navigate to configuration view
Access to Business Configuration is via the top level Horizontal Navigation Bar.
Tune type and custom fields
Tuning works in the same way for both of these fields. See the screenshot below for how to tune them, once you’ve selected the relevant field.

Define gold, silver and bronze values
The definitions for the benefit values are defined in the Organisation Settings. See the screenshot below for how to do this.
