As of 1 April 2019, our hosted customers will be no longer have the ability to use the older (and increasingly vulnerable) TLS 1.1 encryption protocol.
This change is unlikely to affect most end users as most modern browsers support TLS 1.2 (which is the current standard protocol) to ensure a secure connection is established between the user’s browser and their i-lign instance.
If you are reliant on browsers which cannot operate on the minimum TLS 1.2 protocol, please contact our team to discuss options.
- NB, this change does not affect customers who host i-lign in their own infrastructure.
